Fractional AI Leadership is one of three delivery models inside any Fix Project, the default retainer tier inside every Bundle, and available as a standalone retainer for shops graduating from past engagements.

How it shows up

Inside Bundles (default). Every Bundle includes 6 months of Lite Fractional retainer after the Fix Project completes.

Inside Fix Projects (delivery model option). Standalone Fix Projects can be delivered in any of three models: Guide & Embed, Lead Hands-On, or Fractional AI Leadership.

Standalone retainer. For shops that completed an engagement 12+ months ago.

The three tiers

Lite — $6,000–$8,000 per month

Two structured calls a month, async access for tactical questions, a quarterly written review. Default tier inside Bundles. 6-month minimum.

Standard — $12,000–$15,000 per month

Weekly working sessions, presence at the right team meetings, written policies and SOPs as needed, two tool evaluations a quarter. 6-month minimum.

Deep — $20,000–$25,000 per month

Multiple weekly touchpoints, on-call presence for the team, AI ownership at the leadership table. 12-month minimum.
